Terms of Return

At SkillRise, we are committed to providing you with high-quality AI education and training resources. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at help@skillriseplus.com or by phone at +41 22 320 23 07 .


Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused and unmarked.
  • Digital products such as online courses, eBooks, or software are eligible for return only if they have not been accessed or downloaded.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Returns will be processed after we receive the returned items and verify their condition. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of your return and refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SkillRise is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
